Building on the legacy of the Australian Mutuals Foundation, AMF-Cufa continues to provide rapid, transparent, and accountable disaster assistance to individuals and communities affected by natural disasters, ensuring timely relief and clear stewardship of donated funds.

AMF-Cufa operates a dedicated portal to enable donations to support affected individuals and communities in response to disasters declared by the Australian Federal or State Governments.

AMF initially launched its bushfire financial appeal in November 2019 in response to the catastrophic fire danger across multiple regions of New South Wales, including Greater Sydney. The funds raised were distributed in 2020 and 2021 to Australian Charities, non-profit organisations and community based organisations.

Since then, more than $598,000 has been raised and distributed to victims of bushfires, floods and other natural disasters.
