The Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) requires AMF-Cufa representatives to immediately report any suspected or alleged instances of child abuse, exploitation, harm or non-compliance to the Conduct and Ethics Unit.
Reports must be submitted by emailing the Child Incident Notification Form to childprotection@dfat.gov.au.
Any suspected or alleged instances of sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment (SEAH) must be reported to DFAT by emailing the SEAH Incident Notification Form to seah.reports@dfat.gov.au.
Any suspected or alleged instances of fraud and corruption must be reported to DFAT by emailing at fraud.corruption@dfat.gov.au or submitting the Suspected or Detected External Fraud/Corruption Referral Form on their website.
Reports may also be made by members of the public or community stakeholders.
